Refund policy
Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days after being received by the customer. If 14 days have passed since its receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to process the refund, the product must be unused and returned in the original box/packaging. Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.
A refund or exchange will be processed if it is a defective batch.
